User Instructions

Goal: get a stable Auto‑BPH lock, then read Rate / Beat Error / Amplitude.

  • Quiet room. Put phone on a solid surface.
  • Touch watch case-back gently to the bottom microphone.
  • Press Start and wait for calibration (default 20s).
  • If no lock after 10s, increase sensitivity a bit (e.g., 1.30 → 1.60).
  • Run 60 seconds for best stability and the history graph.

Runs on-device only. No uploads. History stays in your browser storage (you can clear it anytime).

Longer calibration = more stable Auto-BPH lock.
